I'm a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) providing virtual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults throughout New York. Over the course of my work, I've supported children, adolescents, and adults across inpatient, outpatient, and foster care settings. My background in dance and movement therapy continues to shape the way I listen—attending not only to words, but also to the body's experience. I am EMDR trained, and my work is informed by psychodynamic psychotherapy and ongoing psychoanalytic training.

About Natalie

People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often they share a common desire—to better understand themselves and make more sense of their lives. You may find yourself questioning why certain patterns continue to repeat, wondering why you respond to situations the way you do, navigating a significant life transition, or trying to understand experiences or emotions that feel difficult to make sense of. Rather than approaching therapy as a process of fixing, I see it as an opportunity for exploration. Therapy offers a space to slow down, become curious about your experience, and begin finding greater clarity. My hope is that, through our work together, this greater clarity will help you navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, choice, and ease. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that have shaped the way you move through the world.

Because every person's story is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. Drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, dance/movement therapy, and EMDR when appropriate, I work collaboratively with you at a pace that feels thoughtful and responsive to your experience.

I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, and questions of identity and self-understanding. Above all, I hope to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to approach yourself with greater curiosity and self-compassion.
